Purpose
The Section on Agency, Partnerships, LLCs, and Unincorporated Associations promotes the communication of ideas, interests, and activities among members and to make recommendations to the Association on matters of interest in the teaching, research, and improvement of the law relating to Section on Agency, Partnerships, LLCs, and Unincorporated Associations.
